Adaptability Therapy is a leading multidisciplinary provider of allied health services in South East Queensland, including Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Physiotherapy. We have a passion for supporting people to live their best life. Whether it's gaining independence, learning new life skills, or improving your safety and security at home - we can support you.
Our therapists are mobile, or clients can visit us at our Coorparoo clinic. We also have a second clinic in Graceville.
Occupational Therapy services across the lifespan
Our Occupational Therapists take a holistic approach to supporting people, with the ultimate focus being to assist people to participate in the activities in their life that are meaningful or important to them.

We can come to you in your own home, or if you would prefer to visit us you can do so at one of our clinic locations.
We offer Occupational Therapy services for adult and senior clients (funding via aged care packages) across the Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay, Brisbane, Toowoomba and the Gold Coast.
We provide Occupational Therapy services for infants, children and young people in the Brisbane area.
Speech Pathology services across the lifespan
Adaptability Therapy offers Speech Pathology services for children, young people, adults, and seniors (funding via aged care packages), to overcome challenges with speech, language, social interaction, mealtimes/feeding, literacy and specialised augmentative or alternative communication methods.
We offer Speech Pathology services in the Brisbane region.
Physiotherapy services across the lifespan
At Adaptability Therapy, our dynamic Physios understand that each individual they see is unique and will develop a tailored treatment or intervention plan suited to you. Our Paediatric Physiotherapists work with babies, children and young people. Our broader team of Physiotherapists sees adults and seniors.
Physiotherapists can make meaningful improvement in the lives of their clients, by improving their physical functioning, health and wellbeing and building their capacity. Our team is experienced in working with people who have a broad range of conditions, including physical, neurological, intellectual or psychosocial disabilities, following surgery or an acute illness or those experiencing poor movement, balance or motion.
We offer Physiotherapy services for adults and seniors (funding via aged care packages) across the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay and Brisbane regions.
We provide Physiotherapy services for babies, children and young people in the Brisbane region.
Mental Health Occupational Therapy for Children and Young People
Adaptability Therapy offers Mental Health Occupational Therapy services for children and young people from birth to twenty-five years. We provide services to a range of children including those who have anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, developmental trauma, Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADD/ADHD, intellectual disability and sensory processing differences.
Adaptability Therapy focuses on working with the family unit to support children and young people’s mental health. Caregivers are best placed to provide support to the mental health of children and young people on a day to day basis. In addition to working with the child or young person, we empower caregivers to learn strategies and skills to support their child or young person with their emotions and experiences.
Mental Health Occupational Therapy services for children and young people are available in the Brisbane region. Our therapists are mobile, or clients can visit us at our clinic locations at Graceville or Coorparoo.
