As an Approved Provider for Home Care Packages Levels 1 to 4, we take pride in offering you a choice in services and support to suit your needs and goals. Our emphasis is on providing you with a range of tailored services through meaningful connections with the Care Net support staff, enabling you to remain in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Care Net also provides services for the Department of Veterans' Affairs Community Nursing, Veteran Home Care, Domestic Assistance, In Home Respite and Home and Garden Maintenance. In addition, Care Net has the ability to be brokered by other Home Care Providers ensuring your choice for support and services is met under the CDC model. Additional services can also be purchased privately if required.

Our dedicated coordinators and multi-skilled support staff aim to assist you with all aspects of daily living and we believe this enhances your confidence and independence, resulting in an improved quality of life and peace of mind for you and your family.
