Carinity Colthup Manor

Carinity Colthup Manor is a welcoming and beautifully appointed aged care centre located in the CBD of Ipswich, close to transport, shopping and hospitals.

Our aged care community of 71 residents caters for permanent residential aged care, dementia specific and respite. Located in a quiet street, our complex is made up of a picture perfect Queenslander home along with modern buildings and a series of courtyards and internal gardens.

Our beautiful gardens with seating areas include a secure courtyard. A bright and airy activities room hosts regular entertainment, crafts, church services and coffee mornings; and residents also enjoy visiting musicians, a computer with internet access and occasional bus trips.

All meals are cooked on site and dietitian approved, meaning you don’t miss out on that wonderful home cooked taste.

Nurse call systems in all rooms offer security and the local doctor holds clinics each week and is on call. The local pharmacy delivers medication to the centre on a regular basis.

Living so close to Ipswich CBD means that a shopping trip is only a short stroll or bus ride away, with Riverlink Shopping Centre, St Andrew’s Private Hospital & Ipswich General Hospital also nearby.

Residents also benefit from chaplaincy support and an on-site hairdresser, as well as visiting physiotherapists, podiatrists and dentists.
