Our welcoming Kelvin Grove aged care community, Hilltop, is located in a prime location close to the Brisbane CBD and Herston health precinct. The facility offers all the convenience of an inner-city lifestyle while still providing peace and tranquillity for our residents. Set high on the hill, the aged care community overlooks the Brisbane CBD, Kelvin Grove urban village and Victoria Park and is close to Brisbane’s leafy heritage suburbs of Herston, Red Hill, Windsor, New Farm and Ashgrove.

The team at Hilltop are incredibly caring and dedicated to ensuring all residents feel at home, from arranging favourite meals to ensuring our activity calendar has plenty of variety and interest to appeal to all. A Registered Nurse is on-site 24/7 for peace of mind, and all meals are prepared fresh by our in-house chef. Our mornings are famously busy, with our spacious lounge rooms fill with the lively sounds of entertainment, activities, physio-classes, games and visitors – you can forget all your ideas about what a ‘nursing home’ might be like!

Residents enjoy regular activities arranged by our team of Diversional Therapists. We even have a cuddly trio of robotic companion animals, that provide extra interaction and stimulation for our residents. There’s also visiting therapy animals and some cheeky chooks on site too. At Hilltop, our residents always have plenty to keep them busy, active and social.

Families working or studying nearby in the Brisbane CBD love being able to drop into Hilltop at lunchtime or on their commute home to share a meal or even just a quick chat. The convenience extends to healthcare too, with the Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital, STARS, medical specialists and private hospitals all close by. Nearby shops and cafes at the local urban village also adds to the convenience of Hilltop’s fantastic location.

All suites at Hilltop are single, giving you ample privacy. There are choices to suit all preferences and budgets at Hilltop:

Our Premium Suites feature a large room with a balcony and private ensuite. 

Deluxe Suites

Our Deluxe Suites are a larger room, with large windows or sliding doors looking out onto our beautiful gardens. 

Standard Suites

Our Standard Suites offer everything you need, with natural light, storage and a comfortable space to make your own.
