Overview
CCA's Aged and Disability Services support older community members, people with a disability and their carers in making decisions about their lives. We assist individuals, their families and friends to access the appropriate services to enable them to remain independent, both in their own homes and out in the wider community. Services include: home delivered meals, social outings and lunch groups, shopping service, medical transport, individual social support, linen service, telephone linkage and NDIS Level 1 and 2 Support Coordination.
