Chung Wah CC Home Care Packages

About

Home Care Packages (HCP) allow older Australians to access affordable care services and get the help they need at home. These packages are tailored to suit your specific needs and range from essential to complex care requirements that are beyond the level of care offered by the Commonwealth Home Support Programme. Home Care Packages give you and your family a greater degree of flexibility and choice in what in-home services are delivered.

At Chung Wah Community Care (formerly Chung Wah Community & Aged Care), we understand that there is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to care, as everyone has their own needs and preferences. In addition, our teams of professional and dedicated staff are trained to apply person-centred approach across all service delivery. Chung Wah CC places an importance in respecting and valuing our consumers' choices as well as cultural and individual challenges. We are committed to support you in both good and difficult times so that you can have a continually high quality of life.
