Team Structure

Our team consists of clinical staff and specialists including registered nurses and personal care assistants available on-call, 24 hours a day. A care manager is in throughout the week and oversees care on the floor. Admin staff handle reception duties, while a social care team deals with activities and therapy. Students on school-based apprenticeships are also present at various times. Team members are passionate, caring and friendly and go above and beyond to build a genuine rapport with residents.

Care Structure

We offer one of the most comprehensive ranges of services including:

  • Residential aged care
  • Palliative care
  • Secure dementia care
  • Respite care

Provided Services

With attention to the complete health and wellbeing of our residents, the services we offer combine specialist care with quality of life. Beyond our standard care offerings, further services accommodate specific needs of residents.

Dedicated specialists like physiotherapists, podiatrists and speech therapists are available upon request and make frequent visits. Hairdressers come in weekly and are available by appointment. A masseuse also comes in on a regular basis and is popular with residents.

Food & Diet

Experienced hospitality staff includes a chef, kitchen-hand and dieticians. Food is cooked daily, fresh on-site. Menu consists of a four-week rotation. A dietician updates the menu annually with summer and winter offerings. Suppliers come from nearby to ensure the majority of food is local produce.

Lifestyle does some cooking as an activity as well, with barbecues and special functions frequently on the schedule.

Aside from the three main meals, morning and afternoon tea is also served, with snacks available.

Activities & Excursions

Lifestyle and Leisure staff look after activities and programs, including bingo, cards, crafts, and movie nights. Live entertainers come on a regular basis, as do school groups. Three outdoor courtyard areas open to garden spaces where residents can grow their own veggies and herbs. A bus is available for outings to local districts like Pyramid Hill or Cherry Farm. Excursions happen monthly with a weekly shopping trip an option.
