Reviews
Attended Respect Lithgow could not get past front door. The admin staff person I spoke to had no idea took name and email and phone number on a stick it pad and told someone would get in touch. Made a number of phone calls over the course of a week told someone would get in touch. Used contact email on website and sent emails to head office still no answer. It has now been over 6 weeks and still waiting for some form of contact from respect. After about 6 weeks I have given up as if this is how you are treated when making enquires I have to wonder how you treat residents. I will be telling anyone that asks why mum did not go to Respect how we were treated. Don't be fooled by 1 star rating if I could I would give you 0
