CORE Community Services Ltd is an award winning not for profit organisation serving communities of South West Sydney since 1979. Our mission is to provide tailored diverse client centric services and opportunities that support and empower vulnerable communities to thrive, resulting in the best outcomes for all individuals.

We are dedicated to delivering evidence based integrated services to create sustained changes in people’s lives. Our services reflect every life stage, children's services, youth services, multicultural communities and aged & disability Care Services, we are a place for all.

Our Aged & Disability Care Services has been supporting people living in the Fairfield, Liverpool, Bankstown and Canterbury council areas. We have offices and community centres located in Fairfield, Cabramatta, Mt Pritchard, Canley Heights, Liverpool, Miller, Yennora and Campbelltown. We are a leading public benevolent institution with a 40 year history and registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).

Our bilingual workers and staff can speak different languages and help people to develop skills to live a safer, independent and active life, so that you can achieve your goals.

We are supported by an after-hours on-call, and an efficient rostering and administration team.

We provide the following quality home care services:

Personal care and daily activities in the home;
Domestic home maintenance and household cleaning tasks;
CORE Community activities, community access, shopping, medical appointments and social participation outside in the community;
Care Management and Support
CORE Home Modifications and Maintenance.

We will then meet with you to develop a written comprehensive Care Plan, so that our case managers and bilingual support workers can continue to meet your changing needs and customer service expectations.
