About
There are a few places on earth where people live the longest and healthiest lives. These are called the Blue Zones. On average people in these zones will travel through life with five good friends. The stress shedding power of friendship is believed to be the key contributing factor to a happier, longer quality of life. We found inspiration in this insight and named ourselves Five Good Friends. Our mission is to help people live vibrant lives in their own homes. By focusing on these fundamentals, every member is able to achieve their goals and live the life they desire.
