You’ll find Freshwater Bay Aged Care Home in the beautiful suburb of Mosman Park in Perth. This family-oriented home welcomes visitors to come and enjoy a cup of tea in our lounges or sunny courtyards. Our location between the river and the coast offers plenty of options for outings with your loved one, with parks and cafés just a short drive away.

Staying active and socialising is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Our activity program changes each month, but will always include bus trips and outings, arts and crafts, movie days and theme days, regular musical performances, fetes, raffles and visits from school groups.

At Freshwater Bay, we feel privileged to be entrusted with providing whole-of-person health and care for older people living with a wide range of complex health issues. We strive daily to provide care that enables our residents to live their life to the maximum extent feasible, to exercise choice and decision-making, and to maximise quality of life and wellbeing.

Freshwater Bay has a dedicated community of volunteers who provide company, entertainment and education to our residents and staff alike. We also have a small garden and outdoor areas where residents and their family and friends can sit together. We have also installed some swings to younger members of the family can play while visiting older relatives.
