mecwacare is a recognised leader of in-home nursing and care services. Many of these services are available through our Home Care Packages program, which is a coordinated package of care and services that support older people to live independently in their own home for as long as possible. To be approved for a Home Care Package, you must be assessed, approved and assigned by Aged Care Assessment Services (ACAS) and My Aged Care. You can be referred to ACAS through My Aged Care or by your GP, hospital or healthcare professional. You may also refer yourself by calling 1800200422.
