For more than 20 years, James Barker House Aged Care Centre in Footscray has provided aged care services to the local community. James Barker House specialises in providing residential aged care for everyone, with a special focus on those who are marginalised, vulnerable, or who are at risk of becoming homeless. The Centre has developed programs for people whose lifestyles have been adversely impacted by alcohol and tobacco usage to uphold their wellbeing and dignity, and support them in living a healthy and independent life as much as possible.
