Here are some of the Healthy Living for Seniors activities you can expect at a Uniting centre or local community venue near you.
Specific needs – such as memory support for people living with dementia
Special interests – including book clubs, art classes, trivia, yoga, and day trips
Cultural connection – around foods, activities, languages or customs meaningful to you
Healthy Living for Seniors makes it easy to stay active and connected, even if you’re staying at home.
If you have access to a PC or tablet, you can choose from a range of online activities via our Senior Health Hub, including morning movement, arts and crafts, trivia and more.

This program can be partly or fully funded by the government through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) or a home care package (HCP).
Before you can receive government funding you’ll need to:
