Tanunda Lutheran Home has 2 single respite rooms that are booked out 365 days of the year, ONLY FOR RESPITE.
The next available date is 26 November 2024 to 17 December 2024.
If you have a particular time in 2024/2025 (we do minimum of 14 days), it could be your carer is going on holidays and respite is sort, or you just need that respite break, let me know your dates required and I can see if we can accommodate your needs.
Room features include - electric bed, recliner, fridge, over way table, large wall mounted flat screen smart TV, side cupboard and all built in draws, bench and wardrobes. Own ensuite.
Hairdresser, café, physiotherapists and podiatrist on site.

Tanunda Lutheran Home has a single room, in our memory support secure area, with ensuite available.
Room features include electric bed, over way table, large wall mounted flat screen smart TV, side cupboard and all built in draws, bench and wardrobes.
This permanent room is in a beautiful, colourful area with rooms that look out to street lined areas and gardens and the internal group areas (3 in total, two for activities and 1 for dining), look into a central indoor/outdoor garden area, which can be accessed for all residents to enjoy.
Memory support activities on offer, with staff working later at nights and on the weekends for the resident’s enjoyment.

Permanent and Respite Care
We offer both permanent and respite care. An assessment by the Aged Care Assessment team is essential to determine your level of care. Our Placement Coordinator is available to discuss your needs and our accommodation availability once you have received this assessment. Residential Specialist Care Approaches
For those with cognitive and intellectual deterioration, we offer a dedicated Dementia Ward that is safe and appropriate for this level of care.
Medical and Health Professionals
Professionals visit regularly to maintain the health of our residents and to ensure active treatments and rehabilitation programs are in place.
Chaplaincy Service
Our Pastor is onsite and is available for all residents and their families. Services are held on Sundays at 10.30 am in the Gramp Chapel. Our spiritual services include counselling, bible studies, hymn singing and pastoral care.
