Likewise, you can get to know your care team and fellow residents. Our home takes a community-centred approach to aged care, with residents living in small households supported by a dedicated team of care staff. Residents, families and staff are encouraged to work together to enjoy meaningful daily activities both within the home and outside it. At Mercy Place Montrose, you can live as independently as you choose, with the security and peace of mind that help is on hand when you need it.
Mercy Place Montrose features 12 contemporary households split over two levels that are home to a small number of residents. Designed to offer the privacy and comfort of familiar home spaces, each house has a secure front door, and features an open-plan living and dining area with modern kitchen and laundry.
MEALS : Nutritious home-cooked meals are made and served within your home. You can help prepare meals if you choose and you are welcome to invite friends and family over to share a meal — just let your care companion know so they can cater for your guests.
