All our bedrooms are single ensuites with some partnership rooms available in Peter Cosgrove House. Peter Cosgrove HouseMosman Trust – A Lovely Extra Service Home for 34 residents, Mosman Trust features luxury accommodation and an elegant, comfortable and secure environment with a hotel-like ambience. Mosman Trust accommodation includes private rooms with ensuites. The Home boasts a spacious, sun-drenched rooftop terrace and a delightful aviary that opens onto one of the dining areas. Long Tan – Providing Skilled Nursing Care in a beautiful and supportive homelike environment, Long Tan is ideal if you need short-term or ongoing long-term nursing care. Our care philosophy reinforces the healing and rehabilitation process and promotes independence. Situated on the Lower Ground Floor of Peter Cosgrove House, this 56-suite Extra Service home has excellent access to four spacious courtyards and there is a walk-in aviary and bunny run as well as many reminiscence centres including the Bradman Bar. Montgomery, Maryang San, East Timor – 71 beds on the Ground Floor – high level nursing home care for frail aged and palliative residents. Kokoda – A family of 63 people live at Kokoda –a name synonymous with all that is Australian. Kokoda is an Extra Service home –modern, comfortable and designed to enable a sense of wellbeing in a safe and friendly environment. Residents enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and friends and family are welcome at any time. There are beautiful courtyards and gardens where residents and visitors can enjoy a chat or celebrate a special event. There is around the clock influence of registered nurses to ensure that appropriate care is readily available. Connie Fall – A peaceful and serene home for 65 residents, Connie Fall provides moderate to high level care in a safe and secure environment, overlooking the escarpment and our Remembrance Wall. Connie Fall also features spacious, secure grounds with a gazebo for outdoor activities and entertainment. Phyllis Stewart – Providing care and service to 54 residents, Phyllis Stewart provides moderate to high level care in a safe and secure environment, adjacent and linked to Peter Cosgrove House. Catalina and Milne Bay – These two adjacent facilities are home to 70 residents, in a wonderful bushland setting –tranquil, peaceful –with an active birdlife, Catalina and Milne Bay are a special haven for those with moderate care needs.

Alexander Campbell HouseFresh Hope Care’s Alexander Campbell House is on the green belt at Forestville just north of Sydney, and residents have the best blend of city convenience and a natural bushland outlook.  Residents of Alexander Campbell House enjoy the panoramic views and wildlife sounds of Garigal National Park, while being close to shops and services. A bus service is available from outside the service to the local shopping centre, Chatswood and the northern beaches.  Alexander Campbell House comprises 35 single rooms with ensuites, over two levels, for people with a full range of care needs including dementia and respite. Each room has secure access to either a private balcony or garden terrace. Fresh Hope Care operates retirement living services at the same location.  Our full range of care enables Alexander Campbell House to offer ageing in place, so residents are able to remain here as their lives and needs change. Estia Health Manly Vale is a modern and welcoming home located on a quiet residential street off Condamine Street. Close to local, shops, hospitals and public transport and a short drive to Manly centre and beach. The home’s Memory Support Unit provides a safe and supportive environment for residents requiring additional support. The home also features a special tranquil internal Japanese-inspired garden with its own bridge, shade and seating for residents to enjoy alfresco dining or just as a quiet space to enjoy with their loved ones.

Surrounded by bushland on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Terrey Hills Nursing Home offers 24 hour Registered Nurse care in luxury surrounds.
