If you leave the village before two years’ residency, this amount is refunded pro rata to you together with the balance entry contribution as a lump sum. After two years’ residency, half of the balance entry contribution is refunded to you by way of 10 equal annual instalments. The remaining balance of entry contribution is paid as a lump sum to you on exiting the village. WRCA’s Board of Directors has the discretion to allocate a number of units to concessional residents or may agree to vary, in specific circumstances, the current entry contributions. Only 6km from Royal North Shore Hospital and Specialists on the lower North Shore, Willoughby Village and Hostel offers peace of surroundings and knowledge that should the need arise, specialist care is within a small radius from the village.
