A good value retirement plan is available via tax deductable contributions. All donations are used for village renovations and upkeep of its beautiful gardens and surroundings.
Priced from $139,500, our units offer exceptional value. This low price ensures pensioner’s rent assistance for life.
Entry contribution for three bed is $650,000; two bed is $500,000; and one bed+study is $300,000. 10% of the contribution is required on signing the contract and the balance is payable on entry. A proportion of the entry contribution - 30% for a three-bedroom unit; 35% for a two-bedroom; or 50% for a one-bedroom+study - becomes a progressive non-refundable (tax deductible) donation over two years’ residency and is used towards village renovations.
If you leave the village before two years’ residency, this amount is refunded pro rata to you together with the balance entry contribution as a lump sum.
After two years’ residency, half of the balance entry contribution is refunded to you by way of 10 equal annual instalments. The remaining balance of entry contribution is paid as a lump sum to you on exiting the village.
WRCA’s Board of Directors has the discretion to allocate a number of units to concessional residents or may agree to vary, in specific circumstances, the current entry contributions.
Only 6km from Royal North Shore Hospital and Specialists on the lower North Shore, Willoughby Village and Hostel offers peace of surroundings and knowledge that should the need arise, specialist care is within a small radius from the village.
