Through a multi-disciplinary program, our staff have been able to foster a culture within the home that is inclusive and accepting of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI) residents. The 2017 Better Practice Award recognised the support and care taken to ensure care recipients’ final wishes being identified and respected.
