All our bedrooms are single ensuites with some partnership rooms available in Peter Cosgrove House. Peter Cosgrove HouseMosman Trust – A Lovely Extra Service Home for 34 residents, Mosman Trust features luxury accommodation and an elegant, comfortable and secure environment with a hotel-like ambience. Mosman Trust accommodation includes private rooms with ensuites. The Home boasts a spacious, sun-drenched rooftop terrace and a delightful aviary that opens onto one of the dining areas. Long Tan – Providing Skilled Nursing Care in a beautiful and supportive homelike environment, Long Tan is ideal if you need short-term or ongoing long-term nursing care. Our care philosophy reinforces the healing and rehabilitation process and promotes independence. Situated on the Lower Ground Floor of Peter Cosgrove House, this 56-suite Extra Service home has excellent access to four spacious courtyards and there is a walk-in aviary and bunny run as well as many reminiscence centres including the Bradman Bar. Montgomery, Maryang San, East Timor – 71 beds on the Ground Floor – high level nursing home care for frail aged and palliative residents. Kokoda – A family of 63 people live at Kokoda –a name synonymous with all that is Australian. Kokoda is an Extra Service home –modern, comfortable and designed to enable a sense of wellbeing in a safe and friendly environment. Residents enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and friends and family are welcome at any time. There are beautiful courtyards and gardens where residents and visitors can enjoy a chat or celebrate a special event. There is around the clock influence of registered nurses to ensure that appropriate care is readily available. Connie Fall – A peaceful and serene home for 65 residents, Connie Fall provides moderate to high level care in a safe and secure environment, overlooking the escarpment and our Remembrance Wall. Connie Fall also features spacious, secure grounds with a gazebo for outdoor activities and entertainment. Phyllis Stewart – Providing care and service to 54 residents, Phyllis Stewart provides moderate to high level care in a safe and secure environment, adjacent and linked to Peter Cosgrove House. Catalina and Milne Bay – These two adjacent facilities are home to 70 residents, in a wonderful bushland setting –tranquil, peaceful –with an active birdlife, Catalina and Milne Bay are a special haven for those with moderate care needs.

Within our Village, we have a Hostel comprised of studio accommodation, each with a large bathroom and balcony, locatedat 1 Warrah Street Chatswood adjacent to the Self Care units at 36 Douglas Street Chatswood. The Hostel is a 4 storey building overlooking Muston Park and Scott’s Creek. The Dining Room is located on the first floor, with large sitting rooms on each floor accessible by 2 elevators. All village and hostel units are fitted with smoke detectors connected directly to the NSW Fire Brigade. The Hostel will be fitted with a fire sprinkler system by 1 September 2014. Entry to the Hostel or Outreach is in accordance with Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing, and theAged Care Act 1997. The Hostel has the maximum 3 year accreditation. Current Commonwealth Government policyguidelines require placement on medical assessment and ‘needs’ basis.

Hall & Prior’s physiotherapist visits Sirius Cove regularly to support our residents’ care, and visits from other health professionals such as speech pathologists, dieticians, podiatrists, dentists and opticians are arranged as required. Enjoying a variety of delicious, nutritionally balanced meals is not only an important part  of maintaining good health, it’s an important  part of your day. Our kitchen team provides fresh meals that are prepared at our home and served straight to you. We consult with dieticians and speech pathologists to support our residents’ clinical care without compromising on taste. We offer a choice of hot and cold meals, cater for clinical dietary requirements, allergies, and cultural requirements, special requests to mark celebrations and a special menu for a theme day each month.
