The facility is set on five acres at Dural, with beautiful gardens, a spacious BBQ and picnic area for family gatherings, a partly sheltered courtyard so that residents can sit outdoors without being in direct sunlight, and plenty of wide open spaces with great views of bushland. This setting promotes a calm & peaceful environment for our residents and their families. The site maintains a high stable staffing ratio, with a registered nurse on duty 24 hours per day, seven days per week. With very low staff turnover, the residents are always attended to by familiar faces. All services provided focus on maintaining a quality of life and providing a high standard of individualised care. We strive to provide a comfortable and safe environment for relaxation and interaction with other residents, as well as visiting family and friends. An individualised care plan is developed for each resident in consultation with Doctors, Registered Nurses and a Physiotherapist. Our visiting hours are not set to specific times, so that family and friends can visit at a time that is convenient to them. There is ample parking on site.
