The site maintains a high stable staffing ratio, with a registered nurse on duty 24 hours per day, seven days per week. With very low staff turnover, the residents are always attended to by familiar faces. All services provided focus on maintaining a quality of life and providing a high standard of individualised care. We strive to provide a comfortable and safe environment for relaxation and interaction with other residents, as well as visiting family and friends. An individualised care plan is developed for each resident in consultation with Doctors, Registered Nurses and a Physiotherapist. Our residents can choose and enjoy various daily activities organised by our Recreational Activities Officer, who is responsible for designing a recreation & leisure program each month. Some of the activities available are art and craft, bingo, trivia, exercises, beauty care, board games, card games, cooking group & indoor bowls. We also have regular volunteers visiting who interact with the residents. There are also monthly bus outings, live entertainment and weekly movies. Our visiting hours are not set to specific times, so that family and friends can visit at a time that is convenient to them. There is ample parking on site.
