Frank Prendergast House is a vibrant place to live, with a range of varied and engaging daily social activities designed by our dedicated Lifestyle team. Residents can also enjoy views of the garden or socialise in the large dining and living rooms, which are comfortably furnished and air-conditioned. We also have an activity room, hairdresser and a large screen TV with DVD player.
The on-site chapel provides a place for quiet reflection and our leafy outdoor space includes a garden area and a covered patio with a BBQ area that can be enjoyed all year round.
For residents with dementia, we have weekly visits from our Dementia Services team who assess and review the health and wellbeing of residents. They work closely with family members and staff to develop a personalised support plan, to ensure residents are comfortable and happy in their surroundings. In addition, we also offer High Dependency Unit (HDU) care, which supports residents that live with a mental health diagnosis.
Onsite parking is available. The Cockburn Train Station is about 2.1 km away and there is a bus stop just 750m from the home.

There is also a library, hair salon and chapel for quiet reflection.
