Omni-Care

Omni-Care is an established provider of home care package support, private and funded services based in Preston and providing throughout metropolitan Melbourne. Our supports are tailored to meet each client’s specific requirements, as we recognise that no two clients’ needs are exactly alike. Our services are available 24-hours a day, seven days a week (including all public holidays).

We offer a comprehensive range of competitively priced services to people living throughout metropolitan Melbourne. The length of the shift may vary from as little as half an hour through to active 24-hour care.

Our services include:

• Home Care - General house cleaning including dusting and bathrooms, shopping, taking people on appointments, meal preparation.

• Personal Care - Showering, medication supervision, dressing, bowel care, catheter care, lifts and transfers.

• Respite Care - Providing relief for full time Carers, tasks include recreation support and/or socialisation combined with home care and/or personal care.

• Overnight Care - Assistance and monitoring overnight with varying degrees of activity based on the client’s individual requirements.

• 24 Hour Care - Assistance and monitoring for a 24-hour period with varying degrees of activity based on the individual client’s requirements.

• Industrial Cleaning - Heavy duty house cleaning that may include window cleaning or carpet steam cleaning.

• Garden Services - Pruning, lawn mowing, weeding, planting.

• Handyman Services - General repairs and maintenance.

We can now also offer clients Home Care Packages Levels 2 to 4.
