Omni-Care is an established provider of Support at Home funding support, private services and funded services. We are based in Preston and provide services and care throughout metropolitan Melbourne. Our supports are tailored to meet each client’s specific requirements, as we recognise that no two clients’ needs are exactly alike. We offer funding package levels 1-8, comprehensively managed with our team of Care Partners and Care Coordinators to address all aspect of care and advocate for your needs.
We cater to shifts from as little as 1 hour long through to active 24-hour care.
