Right at Home is a Home Care Provider, servicing older Australians, people living with a disability, people recovering at home after a hospital stay, and all those needing in-home care. We have offices Victoria.
Right at Home offers disability support to those in our community who are participants of the NDIS scheme. Some of our offices are registered NDIS providers and can assist with the following services:
• Assist Personal Activities (including high/complex needs)
• Household Tasks
• Development-Life Skills
• Participate in Community
• Assist-Travel/Transport
• Community Nursing Care
• Daily Tasks/Shared Living
All of our offices in Victoria, however can support plan and self-managed NDIS Participants with social support, personal care, activities of daily living, nursing care, transport, shopping, travel, light housekeeping, and community connection.
Right at Home is also an approved My Aged Care, Home Care Packages Provider and delivers services from levels 1 to 4 including companion care, domestic support, personal care, and nursing care – meeting the needs of our clients in their own homes. The care we provide allows our clients to live independently and with dignity, providing peace of mind to both our clients and their families.
Right at Home, is dedicated to improving the quality of life for those we serve. As an organisation, we take a holistic approach to care, supported by an outcomes driven, measurable, care planning process. Care planning includes all aspects of a client’s wellbeing, including the vital socialisation aspects that support excellent mental health.
Right at Home focuses on the individual and their specific needs as opposed to a blanket approach where care is reduced to a list of tasks. At Right at Home, our clients, their families, and our caregivers are at the centre of everything we do.
