Speech therapists
Sometimes known as speech pathologists or speech language pathologists, speech therapists work with anyone who has communication impairment. As well as problems with speech and voice, they work with people who may have difficulties with swallowing or understanding language. These conditions may arise from conditions such as stroke or an accident.
