The residence features shared spaces across three levels including a dining room and a welcoming common lounge with gas fireplace, flat screen television and comfortable seats.

For quieter moments, there are also two smaller lounges for your relaxation. Other amenities include a billiards room with bar, self-serve kitchenettes, a cosy lounge area with games console, a computer with internet access and a well-stocked library.

If you like the outdoors, the landscaped courtyard at the heart of the residence is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunshine and breathe in the fresh air.

BlueCross also has a second residence in Templestowe - Ashby.
