This year has been a time of transformation for the aged care sector, seeing in a raft of reforms to better the care and services delivered to older Australians.

Talking Aged Care reported on breaking news and big changes in the aged care sector for our readers in 2022, while providing older Australians with up-to-date information for accessing aged care.

While Australia moves to a COVID-normal way of living, the changes in the aged care system have been immense and showcase the beginning of what is to come for older people and their care needs.

Talking Aged Care reported on the Federal Election and Budget, new legislation that will impact the quality of care delivered to older people, as well as a plethora of other important stories over the year.

This year was just the beginning of the bigger things to come for older Australians and the aged care sector. We are now able to look forward to the huge changes expected to arrive in 2023.

Talking Aged Care and HelloCare look forward to continuing to inform and report on what 2023 has to offer to older Australians and the aged care sector.
