Anglicare SQ has over 150 years of experience in aged care, in home care and retirement living, and has over 3,000 staff and 600 volunteers working across multiple sites.

Executive Director of Anglicare SQ, Karen Crouch, says the recognition was well deserved and thanked everyone who played a part in supporting their residents and clients over the last year.

“For a provider of essential health care services to older Queenslanders, the power of trust cannot be understated,” says Ms Crouch.

“We are with people in some of their most difficult and vulnerable moments. Our residents, clients and their families rely on us every day to provide them with the best possible care and support.

“I am really proud that we have again received this recognition from Australian consumers. Our residential and community aged care staff do an amazing job, and they are backed up by a dedicated team of support services from across the organisation.”

UnitingCare and Australian Unity was also highly commended in the Aged Care and Retirement Villages category.
