ECH and Cirkidz have teamed up for a fun school holiday program for young and old.

The program, which is offered on Tuesday 19 January at ECH Seaside Wellness in Henley Beach and Thursday 28 January at ECH North East Wellness in Greenacres, is suitable for children up to 14 years old and their grandparents of all fitness and mobility levels.

There are sessions for children up to five years old, sessions for six to 14 year olds as well as adult only sessions.

Each 50 minute session will be hosted by a Cirkidz trainer, who will bring juggling and balancing equipment, hoops and diablos, for a fun and interactive afternoon.

This intergenerational activity provides the opportunity for grandparents and parents to enjoy time with the children in a fun environment. Laughter brings many benefits and learning circus activities at any age is likely to be the cause of great merriment.

As we get older our mobility and flexibility can decrease so finding interesting ways to encourage people to exercise is important but not everybody wants to attend a gym or do classes.

The ECH and Cirkidz school holiday program encourages exercise with the added bonus of providing an enjoyable activity that can be shared with the children in the family.

Call 1300 275 324 to book or find out more on the ECH website.
