The new Directors will be joining Hayylo’s Co-founders, Simon Heaysman and Greg Satur, to further grow the support for the brand.

The mission of the business, to consistently grow and make high social impact, fits the new Directors experience and goals to mentor purpose-led organisations, like Hayylo.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hayylo, Mr Satur, says, “We feel very privileged for collaborating and having the inputs of high calibre executives in our strategic plan and vision for the future.”

Mr Gray co-founded iCare Health, now part of Telstra Health, and has applied his 20 year experience in management, technology and private equity investment in both Australia and the United Kingdom to mentor and invest in technology businesses that have a purpose.

“Hayylo is improving health outcomes for the elderly and vulnerable by removing the communication gap between a care recipient and the formal and informal care networks. The result is improving levels of satisfaction for both the care recipient and the care providers,” says Gray.

Mr Panaccio also has experience with technology startups. He Co-founded StarFish Ventures and currently holds a position as Investment Principal at the organisation.

He has also been a director of numerous technology businesses in Australia and the USA. Additionally, he has authored or co-authored five books and numerous scientific publications.

Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Hayylo, Mr Heaysman, says, “Our board demonstrates the power and drive that is behind Hayylo as a company and as a positive social impact organisation.”
