A new face is set to head the Aged Care Channel (ACC) with Chairman Pat McIntosh announcing Yvonne Webley as the organisation’s new Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
The announcement comes following interim CEO David Clarke moving back into his original role of General Manager of Production, leaving the role open.
With an extensive history, vast qualifications and more than 20 year’s experience in the sector, Mr McIntosh says he is ‘delighted’ in welcoming such an experienced industry professional to the business.
“Yvonne brings great energy and an engaging leadership style that will ensure we realise the huge potential of the ACC,” he says.
“With qualifications in health management, marketing, finance and public relations she has tremendous experience in the sector; we are confident that we have the right person to lead the transformation of education and development in this growing and vital sector.”
As a business looking to continue to grow and deliver innovative training options supporting workforce engagement and development for members around the world, Ms Webley says she is looking forward to exploring new opportunities.
“At a time when our industry is facing increasing global demands to rapidly build workforce capacity and capability in line with changing regulatory and consumer expectations, ACC’s work to support our members in meeting changing needs has never been more important,” she says.
“The opportunities are significant to expand ACC’s services to support more providers, realign our model to incorporate new markets and find innovative ways to add value for our current and future member base.
“I look forward to growing our role as leaders in delivering engaging and inspiring workforce education and training that promotes service development, improved standards and excellent client care.”
