National Blood Donor Week 10 – 16 September

The Australian Red Cross says that more than half a million generous people around Australia have made the commitment to give blood but the demand for blood is expected to increase.

During National Blood Donor Week, from 10 -16 September, the Australian Red Cross Blood Service is thanking generous blood donors and calling on all eligible Australians to call 13 14 95 or log onto www.donateblood.com.au to make an appointment to give blood.
