Rebrand for Australian home care provider, St Ives Home Care
An Australian home care provider, supporting the health and wellness of older Australians for more than 20 years has undergone an exciting rebrand.
St Ives Home Care, now known as Enrich Living Services (Enrich), has taken on the new name along with a new look and direction in response to changing expectations within the home care sector and the recent introduction of consumer-directed care legislation.
Centered on a more flexible, relevant and client-guided approach, Enrich encourages clients to personalise their care by ‘mixing and matching’ services to meet their needs, while remaining affordable and accessible.
Enrich Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Norbert Walther believes the rebrand will resonate strongly with the changing home care market and empower older Australians to get the most out of life.
“We are proud to bring this new vision for home and aged care to life,” he says.
“We have spent a lot of time with our clients, talking with them and asking what matters most.
“Simplifying the decision-making process, supporting independence and enhancing life on their own terms, all came through very strongly and these qualities are at the heart of the Enrich brand.”
Mr Walther says the company’s strong history and capability within the home care sector will be taken forward into the new brand.
“Enrich has allowed us to open up the conversation with our clients and their families, so we can see and understand the ‘big picture’ of individuals’ lives,” he says.
One notable point of difference is Enrich’s commitment to providing social connections to its clients through its ‘Community Connections’ program.
An enjoyable inclusion in the social calendar, the program allows clients to head out on day trips and excursions to restaurants, cruises, sporting events, theatre shows, movie screenings and cultural and historical tours.
Cutting ties with St Ives Group in 2016, all three St Ives Care businesses – St Ives Home Care, HomeCare Options and Community Care Services – joined Enrich Health Group, as a joint venture between Quadrant Private Equity and RAC WA.
