The company won awards in three categories: Excellence in a Commercial/Industrial Building $1 million to $2 million, Excellence in a Commercial/Industrial Building $5 million to $10 million, and Excellence in Brickwork.

Director Fred Pascale is thrilled to win the awards. He says: “We are honoured to receive this prestigious South Australian building award which recognises the highest standards of construction. Our company have once again been recognised as an industry leader.”

Pascale is a specialist in health and aged care building, having constructed and refurbished Kings Park Medical Centre and several aged care homes in recent times.

The company was established in 1982 as a bricklaying and masonry business, but has since evolved as a professional construction company undertaking all types of projects in the areas of health care, education, aged care, independent living, community, office warehouses and fitout.

The two directors, Fred Pascale and Richard Zanchetta, bring together vast knowledge from many facets of the industry.

“We are a reasonably sized company, but not too big in the sense that both directors, Fred and myself, aren’t actively involved in the business,” Mr Zanchetta says.

“We have an involvement in virtually every project that goes through our door. We are accessible, and we pride ourselves on being visible to our clients.”

Pascale Construction prides itself as a relationship builder. “When we take on a project, we build relationships and teams. In bringing stakeholders and participants together as a unified team, with a common goal of project success, we are able to produce a quality result and gain great satisfaction from a job well done,” Mr Zanchetta continues.

The Master Builders SA Building Excellence Awards, showcase and award excellence in South Australia's building and construction industry. The triple win is a proud moment for Pascale.

“Richard and I acknowledge the exceptional efforts of all our staff and their commitment to excellence, and the continuous support of our clients, subcontractors and suppliers. We look forward to the year ahead which already has some exciting and ground breaking opportunities for Pascale Construction,” says Mr Pascale.
