WA advice: do not take a fall

Western Australia’s falls prevention program, ‘Stay on Your Feet WA’, is a useful resource for seniors.

There is a checklist to help you determine your risk of a fall, as well as tips for preventing falls.

According to the program, many falls are avoidable and one in four over 60s will fall each year.

This can impact on a person’s mobility, independence and lifestyle.
