Introducing The Alba Retirement Apartments
Located in the heart of South Melbourne, The Alba Retirement Apartments are our version of easy living apartments. They provide the finer options in easy living and celebrate you and the things you like to do. Knowing you are supported by our on-site team members and belonging to a vibrant community brings a welcome sense of comfort and security as you look forward to the years ahead.
Our luxurious apartments are designed by internationally renowned Fender Katsalidis Architects. These beautiful places offer a true sense of home in a contemporary setting. The living needs and wants of older people are at the heart of our design. No stairs or narrow doorways, all floor surfaces are level and there’s plenty of natural light. Each one or two bedroom apartment enjoys open plan living and dining, a kitchen with Smeg cooktop and integrated Fisher & Paykel appliances, plus one or two bathrooms. Most apartments have a balcony, and many have captivating views of Albert Park Lake or the Melbourne city skyline. It is your place to call home.
