The Richardson offers a range of different room types to suit a resident’s needs, ranging from generously sized classic single rooms (with private ensuite) to larger suites, complete with separate bedroom, living room, ensuite and balcony. Ranging from 50m² to an amazing 70m², these suites cater for couples or residents seeking generous space and privacy. We  also offer one and two-bedroom apartments.

Each bedroom or suite is beautifully furnished and appointed to the highest level of fixtures and fittings, carefully selected by our team of interior designers. Each room shares access to a generous Private Club Lounge on their residential level, which is available exclusively to between only 11 and 14 residents. Each Lounge includes a stylish kitchen, dining room, living room, lounge room with fireplace and large balcony.
