Ultim8 Car Fit

We had one of the best experiences we have had in the retail and services area in a very long time while dealing with the team at Ultim8 Car Fit.
We took my parents to see Ben (as referred by a family friend) and wow did he know his stuff. Brooke was lovely at the front and Ben had the answers to all of our questions and the few he did not, He was straight on the phone to his suppliers who answered his questions on the spot.
The day the chair hoist was installed Ben dropped us down the street after rechecking every aspect of the job with us including making sure mum was going to be able to use the hoist set up and like that the job was done.
When we finished he assured us if there were any problems or if anything did not feel comfortable while mum was using it, he said he wanted us to call him "Job done, does not mean job gone" he said. Mum has needed a few light change to make the clips easier for her hands and both Ben and Brooke were amazing with mum.
