Uniting AgeWell Andrew Kerr Home Care supports people on the peninsula to remain living at home, safely and independently, for as long as possible.
We provide Home Care Packages in the LGAs of Mornington Peninsula, Frankston and Casey.
Home Care Packages support you with assistance such as:
- Personal and domestic care
- Clinical care
- Assistive technology
- Support with shopping
- Gardening
- Assistance attending a social activity
- Other community support.
The amount of support provided to you depends on the Home Care Package level you receive.
