Uniting AgeWell offers Retirement Living Apartments and Independent and Assisted Living Units for singles and couples in metropolitan and regional Victoria.

Our caring communities enable you to join daily social activities, excursions and shopping trips, or remain connected to family, friends and the activities you love most. How much you get involved in community life is entirely up to you.

Our Independent Living Units (ILUs) and Assisted Living Units are ideal for singles and couples who wish to maintain an independent lifestyle, within a caring community environment.

Residents can access many activities including: carpet bowls, luncheons and social gatherings, fellowship groups, shopping trips and excursions. 

Uniting AgeWell can also provide in home services such as cleaning, gardening, ironing, cooking and personal care. These additional services are provided for a fee, or residents may be eligible for home care support through the Federal Government. This requires an assessment, which can be organised through the government’s My Aged Care website: myagedcare.gov.au. For some independent living complexes, an entry contribution is required. This contribution is held in trust for the resident during their stay.  It is refunded when they leave, with a small amount retained by the facility.

Uniting AgeWell maintains the buildings and communal gardens of all its independent living options on behalf of residents.

No referral is required for Uniting AgeWell’s retirement, independent and assisted living apartments.
