Uniting AgeWell Melbourne North West Metro Home Care supports people to remain living at home, safely and independently, for as long as possible.
We provide Home Care Packages to the LGAs of Brimbank, Hobson’s Bay, Maribyrnong, Melton, Moonee Valley, Port Phillip and Wyndham.
Home Care Packages support you with assistance such as:
- Personal and domestic care
- Clinical care
- Assistive technology
- Support with shopping
- Gardening
- Assistance attending a social activity
- Other community support.
The amount of support provided to you depends on the Home Care Package level you receive.
