Uniting AgeWell South East Home Care supports people living in Melbourne's south-east to remain living at home, safely and independently, for as long as possible.
We provide Home Care Packages to the LGAs of Bayside, Cardinia, Casey, Frankston, Greater Dandenong, Kingston, Glen Eira, Port Phillip and the Mornington Peninsula.
Home Care Packages support you with assistance such as:
- Personal and domestic care
- Clinical care
- Assistive technology
- Support with shopping
- Gardening
- Assistance attending a social activity
- Other community support.
The amount of support provided to you depends on the Home Care Package level you receive.
