Age Active
Perhaps you are getting back on your feet after a fall or medical issue, or maybe you would like to improve your fitness. Our health professionals will work with you to improve, maintain and restore your health. Whether you’re starting from scratch, rebounding from a setback, looking to try new activities or managing a health condition, we’re here to keep you moving.

We offer group classes to challenge your mind, helping you to ‘age sharp’. Whether you want to stay alert or brush up on your skills, we work with you to find activities that best suit your needs. Our classes are designed to stimulate your mind. You can use gentle movement and activity to build your concentration.
Try your hand at games, puzzles and other mental activities. Enjoy socialising with others as you spark memories through interesting conversation and debate.
