Reviews
While the nursing staff are lovely, the Finance department, management and administration at Bundanoon Warrigal are terrible. From the very beginning I was given the feeling that they did want to help me understand the administration side of things when admitting family members into care. There seem to be too many people doing the one role and yet none of them seem to be able to make decisions - they just fob you off to someone else after giving you incorrect information. They promised so many extra services for a very highly daily fee and yet none of it was provided. Please look into other homes in the area who are able to show support and efficiency rather than just taking your money. I very much regret having anything to do with Warrigal. I'm very sorry for the staff there who give so much and are represented by heartless and ill-informed management.
